You remain the account owner and data controller for your customer data. Draft-first approval is the default; any standing send rule is documented.
Clear limits
No legal, tax, regulated, or guaranteed-revenue advice. No cold SMS. Outreach and messaging follow agreed UK / US compliance rules. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
FAQ
Do you send messages automatically?
Not by default for Ops email/follow-ups — we start approval-first and document any later standing permission. Programme SMS (Moduvant Notifications / Dispatch Alerts) is sent only after opt-in; reply STOP to cancel.
Why isn’t this £49–£199 / $99–$497 like an AI receptionist?
Those products sell phone minutes. Moduvant Ops sells managed execution: drafted follow-ups, inbox triage, a shared tracker, and a Friday report under your brand. Optional voice demo is separate proof, not the retainer.
Do I need a CRM?
No. A shared tracker can be the starting point; we can work alongside an existing CRM.
Is Setup required?
Strongly recommended with month one so inbox rules and the tracker are ready in week 1. Pay Setup on its own Stripe link alongside Starter or Ops.
How quickly can we start?
After payment and access are confirmed, target kickoff is within 2 business days.
Is Stripe live?

Is US SMS live?
Not yet. The US A2P 10DLC campaign for Moduvant Notifications / Dispatch Alerts must be approved by carriers before programme SMS is sent. Houston and UK lines are voice demos today. See SMS Privacy, SMS Terms, and the opt-in mock.
What is not included?
Legal or tax advice, unlimited company-wide automation, human phone SDR work, custom software outside agreed automations, guaranteed booked meetings or revenue, or unlimited minutes on shared demo voice lines.
