1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of the Moduvant Systems Ltd website and describe our SMS programme (Moduvant Notifications / Dispatch Alerts). Paid Moduvant Ops services are also subject to the plan description on our UK / USA pages, your Stripe checkout, and any written kickoff or statement of work we agree with you.
2. Who we are
Moduvant Systems Ltd is a UK private limited company (Companies House number 17419327). Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
3. Website
You may use this site for lawful information about our services. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or misuse demo phone lines (for example automated robocalling or harassment). Content is provided “as is” for general information; we may update pricing and product descriptions from time to time.
4. Moduvant Ops (summary)
- We provide managed AI-assisted operator work (drafts, triage, tracker, weekly summary) within agreed limits.
- Draft-first approval is the default unless a standing send rule is documented.
- You remain responsible for your customer relationships, final decisions, and compliance of your outbound communications.
- We do not provide legal, tax, licensed engineering, or regulated advice, and we do not guarantee revenue or booked jobs.
- Plans are month-to-month after the first 30 days; after month one, 14 days’ notice to cancel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Emergency Dispatch demos
Demo numbers (including +44 1344 203883 and +1 (281) 968-2308) are Moduvant lines for product demonstration and limited overflow proof. They are not automatic field dispatch of technicians and are not your branded company number unless separately agreed. Life-safety emergencies (for example gas leak or carbon monoxide) should contact emergency services.
6. SMS programme terms
Programme name: Moduvant Notifications / Dispatch Alerts.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Moduvant Systems Ltd related to emergency job intake and callback confirmations, appointment and dispatch alerts, transactional updates tied to a voice intake or service request, and (for Ops customers) operational or account alerts about jobs in your workspace.
This programme is not used for cold marketing SMS or purchased-list advertising.
6.1 How to opt in
You may opt in during Moduvant Ops onboarding (contractor clients), by leaving a callback number during voice intake after being told that SMS confirmations or updates may be sent, via a published web form with an unchecked SMS consent checkbox, or by other methods we clearly describe. Consent is not a condition of purchasing Moduvant services where an alternative contact method is available.
6.2 Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Typical volume for an active contractor client is up to about 30 messages per month depending on call/job volume; higher volumes may occur during busy emergency periods.
6.3 Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Moduvant does not charge a separate fee for programme SMS; carrier charges are your responsibility.
6.4 HELP and STOP
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. You can also email customer.support@moduvantsystems.com. After STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further programme messages to that number unless you opt in again (except as needed to confirm the opt-out or as required by law).
6.5 Carriers not liable
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Major US carriers are supported for 10DLC traffic once Moduvant’s brand and campaign are approved and the number is associated. Availability can change by carrier.
6.6 Privacy
Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice and SMS Privacy. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
7. Payments
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on the UK (GBP) and USA (USD) plan pages and exclude applicable VAT or sales tax unless stated. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case according to what was delivered.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moduvant is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the website, demos, or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when a revised version is published. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. You may stop SMS at any time by replying STOP.
